By electing to be out-of-network for all insurance companies, we are better able to serve our patients with extended visits (60-90 min) that reduce the need for multiple follow-up appointments and provide advanced therapies not typically covered.
All forms of payment are accepted including FSA & HSA cards. Payment is due the day of service. All invoices with codes are available in the Patient Portal to self-submit for out-of-network coverage.
Vitality PT is a non-participating Medicare Provider.
